Shipping & Returns
We offer worldwide shipping options with USPS and FedEx. Orders are fulfilled and shipped during business hours, Monday through Friday, with the exception of US holidays.
For domestic retail (non bulk) orders over $50, we offer complimentary USPS Priority shipping within the United States.
At checkout, you will find additional options including expedited shipping. We offer expedited shipping via FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Standard Overnight for an additional fee. Expedited orders must be placed by 12pm noon ET to go out the same day.
International orders are shipped via FedEx International Economy and FedEx International Priority. Rates and options are available at checkout.
US & International Bulk Orders
For Cafe and Wholesale orders, we ship via USPS and FedEx. Pricing options for standard and expedited shipping will be available at checkout.
There are no shipping fees for our digital gift cards. At this time we do not offer physical gift cards. All gift cards are final sale. No returns or refunds will be permitted.

Note: Returns and exchanges on items purchased from stojo.co are accepted within 30 days of your original purchase. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, and in the original packaging.
Once your return is received, we will approve or reject your request solely at our discretion, and email you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days of receiving your refund approval, please contact your bank as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com, we are here to help!
Returns for an Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. We will approve or reject your request for exchange solely at our discretion.
To get started on an exchange, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your original item(s) to our return address, listed below. Please note that we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Return & Exchange Shipping
Stojo will only cover the shipping fees for the return of defective, damaged, or incorrect items and reserves the right to replace defective or damaged items at its sole discretion.
For all other returns and exchanges for unused products, you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will refund you for the product returned.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Stojo will not be held responsible for items lost in transit to our return address.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you wish to replace a defective or damaged item, please send photos or a short video of the defect or damage to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your original order number in the subject line.
Late Returns & Exchanges
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Final Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded—sale items are not eligible for a refund. Please note that all Stojo accessories are final sale.
If the item you are returning was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, we will issue a refund to the original card the order was placed with, or as a credit via Stojo gift card, to be used only on purchases through our website (https://stojo.co).
